Your legal paperwork, in order
When you open a client in Financore Platform, the system prepares the documents that federal law requires you to give them. You take care of the client; the paperwork is saved in their client file.
What federal law requires of you
The federal CROA requires that each client receive:
- A written contract for services.
- The consumer rights notice.
- The 3-day right to cancel.
And it prohibits charging before the service is performed. That is where many businesses get into trouble without knowing it.
What Financore Platform prepares for you
- Service contract.
- Consumer rights notice.
- 3-day right to cancel.
In Spanish and in English, with digital signature and saved in each client's file.
Frequently asked questions
Is Financore Platform “CROA certified”? No such certification exists: CROA is a federal law, not an agency. What we offer are templates, workflows, and contracts designed for that law.
What happens if I work with templates from the internet today? You alone assume the risk: contracts without the mandatory clauses, without the notice of rights, and without the right to cancel. Inside the system, those documents are generated and filed automatically.
