Terms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026 (draft) · Financore LLC
The rules of the agreement between Financore Platform LLC and the credit professional who uses Financore Platform.
1. What Financore Platform is and what it is not
1.1. Financore Platform is software (SaaS) for credit consultants. It brings together in one place report reading, client management, the CRM with WhatsApp and AI, contracts, billing, and training.
1.2. Financore is not a credit services agency. It does not provide credit services to end consumers, does not negotiate with creditors or bureaus, and does not promise results, points, or timeframes.
1.3. You work with your own clients and are solely responsible for your service, for what you promise, for what you charge, and for complying with the laws of your line of work.
1.4. Nothing the software shows is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. The templates are a starting point that your attorney should review.
2. Who can use the service
2.1. People over 18 who provide credit consulting services and comply with the laws of their line of work, including, where applicable, their state's registration, license, and bond.
2.2. Each account belongs to a firm. Credentials are personal and are not shared outside it. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
2.3. You must provide true information when registering and keep it up to date.
2.4. Identity requirement for your clients: Financore Platform works with clients who have a Social Security number (SSN).
3. Your obligations regarding your clients' data
You agree to:
- Obtain the necessary consent from each person before uploading their report or documents.
- Use that information only for the service that person contracted with you.
- Not upload information of someone who is not your client.
- Have the client's express consent before sending them messages by WhatsApp, and respect it when they ask not to receive them.
- Answer to your clients for your own handling of the data.
4. Trial, plans, and payments
4.1. Trial: you can start with 7 free days. The trial conditions are in the “Trial Terms.”
4.2. Plans: Solo, Firm, and Agency, monthly or annual. The limits of each plan (users, active clients) are published on the plans page. Today: Solo, 1 user and 50 active clients; Firm, 3 users and 200; Agency, 10 users and unlimited active clients.
4.3. Billing: the subscription is charged in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Financore does not store card numbers.
4.4. Price changes: they are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply at the next renewal, never within an already paid period.
4.5. Plan change: when moving up a plan, the prorated difference is charged; when moving down, the change takes effect from the next renewal. If the new plan has lower limits, you must adjust your data to respect them.
4.6. Taxes: the published prices include applicable taxes.
4.7. Unrecognized charges: before disputing a charge with your bank, we ask that you write to us so we can resolve it. This does not limit your legal rights.
5. Cancellation and refunds
5.1. You can cancel whenever you want from your billing portal or by writing to support, without giving explanations. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period and you keep access until that date.
5.2. Financore Platform is a subscription service and does not offer refunds for periods already paid.
5.3. A client's credit not improving, a bureau not responding, or a dispute not succeeding does not give rise to a refund. That is not what is contracted here.
5.4. 110% guarantee: this is the guarantee of our dispute software that you may offer your clients. It is governed solely by the conditions published on the guarantee page.
5.5. Your data after canceling: see the Privacy Policy (retention section).
6. Report and dispute providers
6.1. The credit report provider that Financore Platform opens with is Infinanzas Credit. Disputes are handled through Financore Platform.
6.2. Those providers have their own terms. Financore does not control their service, their timeframes, or what the bureaus respond, and is not liable for them.
6.3. You authorize Financore to send those providers the minimum data necessary for the feature you activate.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Promise your clients results that the law does not allow to be promised, or use the software to deceive.
- Attempt to access other firms' data, or breach or overload the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access without written authorization.
- Use the software to send unsolicited messages (spam), including WhatsApp messages without consent.
- Copy, decompile, or reuse the code, the design, or the templates, except as the law permits.
- Upload malware or use bots or scripts to extract data from the service.
8. Messages by WhatsApp, email, and SMS
8.1. WhatsApp is the main channel for notices. You decide whom you write to and are responsible for having each recipient's consent.
8.2. Financore may send you account notices by WhatsApp and email. You can ask not to receive commercial ones by replying STOP; important account notices will continue to arrive by email.
9. Artificial intelligence
9.1. Some features use AI (assistant, report reading, message drafting). AI can make mistakes. You must review what it produces before using it with a client.
9.2. To provide these features, we send our AI providers only what is necessary. Details in the Privacy Policy.
10. Ownership
10.1. The software, the Financore Platform brand, the templates, and the documentation belong to Financore Platform LLC. You are given a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them while you have an account.
10.2. The data in your client files and the documents you generate with your brand are yours. You authorize us to process them only to provide you the service.
10.3. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
11. No guarantee of results
Financore does not guarantee any result on anyone's credit. The software does not project or promise scores: the numbers come from the uploaded report. The result depends on what the bureaus and creditors respond and on what each client does.
12. Availability and support
12.1. Support in Spanish, 24/7, by WhatsApp and email.
12.2. We aim to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or provider failures. We do not promise an uptime percentage. [QUESTION H: if a target is to be published, it must be measured first.]
12.3. Support only enters your account with your consent, in read-only mode and with logging.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, with notice when possible, if there is nonpayment after retries, illegal use, upload of data of people who are not clients, attempted access to others' data, or a risk to the security of the service. You may close your account whenever you want.
14. Changes to the service and to these terms
We may change or withdraw features. Important changes to these terms are announced by email and in the application with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel and keep access until the end of the paid period.
15. Warranties and limitation of liability
15.1. The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Financore's total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the event, and does not include lost profits, loss of clients, or indirect damages.
15.2. You will hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your service to your clients or from your failure to comply with the law.
16. Confidential information
Each party will keep confidential the other's nonpublic information that it receives through the service (for example, client data, agreed prices, or technical details) and will use it only to perform this agreement. Information that is already public through no fault of the recipient, that the recipient already knew, or that the law requires to be disclosed is not confidential; in that case, the other party is notified when possible.
17. General provisions
These terms and the documents they link to are the entire agreement between you and Financore regarding the service. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may not assign this agreement without notifying you, and you may not assign it without our written permission. Notices are sent to your account email and to [email protected]. Our not enforcing a right at a given time does not mean that we waive it.
18. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, where Financore Platform LLC is incorporated.
