What does each plan include?

All features, on all plans. Disputes, AI queries, and automations are unlimited, and support is 24/7 in Spanish.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. You get 7 days free, with no card, with up to 10 client files to see how the system works with your own clients.

What happens on day 8 and how do I cancel?

You are not charged anything, because we don't ask for a card. We write to you by email and WhatsApp to help you choose your plan and continue without losing anything you loaded. There is no lock-in: you change plans or cancel from your account whenever you want.

Does migrating my clients cost anything?

No. Migrating your client portfolio is free. See how it works in the migration guide.

What is an “active client”?

It is a client who has at least one open case or a round in progress. Archived clients do not count toward your plan's limit (50, 200, or unlimited).

What changes between one plan and another?

Only the limits on users and active clients. The features are the same on all three plans.
