Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026 (draft) · Financore LLC
What information Financore Platform collects, what it uses it for, who it shares it with, and what rights you have.
1. Who this covers and who is responsible for what
1.1. This policy covers financoreplatform.com and the Financore Platform software.
1.2. There are two types of data, and responsibility differs:
- For the professional's data (name, email, phone, firm, plan, billing), we are directly responsible.
- For the professional's clients' data, we are a service provider. This data is entered by the professional, belongs to them, and we only process it to provide them the service. The professional is the one who has the relationship with their client and who answers to them.
2. What information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, firm name. To create the account and provide support.
- Billing data: to charge for the subscription. It is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Credit reports and documents uploaded by the professional, including the Social Security number (SSN) and the client's account data. To produce the analysis and the client file documents.
- Data the professional loads about their clients into the CRM: name, phone, messages, and their history. For follow-up.
- Technical and audit records: IP address, device, browser, who did what and when. For security and diagnostics.
- Cookies and measurement on the public pages, only if you accept them.
3. What we use the information for
- To provide the service and maintain the account.
- To provide support.
- To charge and prevent fraud.
- To send service notices by WhatsApp, email, or the application.
- To improve the software.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use a firm's clients' information for Financore's own purposes.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that we need to operate Financore Platform, and we require them to protect it and use it only for that purpose. They are hosting and storage, payments, messaging and email, credit reports, disputes, artificial intelligence, and usage measurement providers.
We may also share information: when you ask us to; by legal order; to protect rights or safety; or in a sale or merger of the business, with notice.
We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
5. Financial information (GLBA)
Some of the information is nonpublic financial information. We handle it only to provide the contracted service, with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we require the same of our providers.
6. WhatsApp and communications
The main channel for notices is WhatsApp. Notices to professionals are sent to the number given when the account was created. Messages from a professional to their clients depend on the consent that the professional has obtained. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP.
7. Cookies and measurement
We use cookies necessary for the site to work and, only if you accept them, measurement cookies. Inside the application, we do not load advertising measurement. We respect the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser: if it is turned on, we do not use measurement cookies.
8. Your rights
Depending on your state, you may ask to know what information we have, correct it, delete it, limit the use of sensitive information, or receive a copy, without suffering discrimination. Write to [email protected]. We will verify your identity before acting.
If you are a professional's client and do not have an account with us, your relationship is with that firm: contact them. If you write to us, we will help you locate them and forward the request.
9. How long we keep data
- Client files and documents: while the account is active. The professional can delete them, except for client files with a signed contract.
- Expired trial without payment: 30 days, with an email notice before deleting.
- Canceled paid account: we keep the data for the time necessary to comply with the law and resolve claims, and we notify you by email before deleting it.
- Audit records: up to 24 months.
- Encrypted backups: up to 89 days.
- Billing records: the period required by tax law.
10. Security
We apply reasonable measures, described on the Security page. No system is perfect. You must protect your credentials.
11. International transfer
The application's servers are in the United States.
12. Minors
The service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Third-party links
Linked sites have their own policy. They are not subject to this one.
14. Changes to this policy
Changes are posted here with a new date; important ones are announced by email in advance.
15. Account deletion
You can request the closing of your account from your account or by writing to support. When it is closed, we keep the data only for the periods in the section “How long we keep data” and then delete it. Your clients' files are managed by you: if you need a copy before closing, request it or download it first.
16. Artificial intelligence and automated processing
Some features use artificial intelligence to read reports, suggest analyses, and draft texts. We send our AI provider only what is necessary for that feature. We do not use a firm's clients' data to train our own models. You review what the AI produces before using it with a client.
17. Residents of California and other states
If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, in addition to what is said in “Your rights,” you may ask to know what categories of information we collect, request that we not sell it or share it for advertising (we do not), and not suffer retaliation for exercising your rights. Write to [email protected].
