Trial Terms

1. What the trial is

1.1. You can try Financore Platform for 7 days at no cost and without a card.

1.2. During the trial the plan is Solo, with a maximum of 10 client files. After the trial, you choose a paid plan.

1.3. The trial is for evaluating the software, not for serving clients at scale.

2. One trial per person or firm

Only one trial is allowed per person, firm, or company. If we detect repeated trials to avoid payment, we may close them.

3. What happens when the 7 days end

We do not ask for a card, so when the 7 days end you are not charged anything. Your account switches to read-only mode and your information is kept for 30 days; before deleting it we notify you by email and WhatsApp. To continue, choose a paid plan; we will write to you to help you choose.

4. How to cancel

From your billing portal or by writing to support by WhatsApp or email. We respond 24/7. We do not require you to call by phone or give explanations.

5. Charges

Anyone who moves to a paid plan is subject to the cancellation conditions of the Terms of Service. The trial is not charged.

6. Your data if you do not continue

If the trial ends without payment, your data is kept for 30 days and you can download a copy within that period. We notify you by email and WhatsApp before deleting it.

7. Data of real people in the trial

If you upload information about a real client during the trial, everything said in the Terms of Service about consent and SSN applies. Do not upload data of people who are not your clients.

8. No guarantee of results

The trial does not guarantee results on any client's credit.

9. Changes

We may change the trial conditions. They apply to new trials.
